The release of Against Me!'s new live album, 23 Live Sex Acts, makes for a fitting occasion to look back on all the imaginative titles that bands have come up with for their own live records – that is, until you remember there just aren't that many. Until James Brown and KISS came along and changed the paradigm in their respective genres with runaway-hit live platters, the live album was widely regarded throughout the music industry as a hopeless, virtually unmarketable endeavor.
