UPDATE: Amber Alert Issued for Montana Teen
UPDATE: Sandy Moore has been found safe in Casper, Wyoming, according to an update Thursday evening.
An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old who has been missing from Sheridan, Montana since early Wednesday morning.
Sandy Moore is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She has glasses. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with black short sleeves and jeans. She is described as mentally delayed. She is 5 feet, 7 inches and weighs 116 pounds.
It is believed Sandy was taken from her residence during the night.
The suspect is Rodney Lee Zahn, 60. He is a white male who is 5 feet, 5 inches, 135 pounds with brown eyes and brown and gray short hair. He has a tattoo on his arm of a Tazmanian Devil and a tattoo on his left hand of a cross. Rodney is a registered violent offender violating his probation.
His vehicle is a black 1987 Ford Pickup - MT License Plate 3-50558B, white toolbox and green bicycle in back, pulling a tan/white 5th wheel trailer with a red generator and blue cover on the back of the trailer.
They could be heading to Billings or Boise.
