Mumford & Sons are currently on hiatus, but will they call it quits for good? If you read a recent interview that band member Winston Marshall did, you would think that was a pretty safe bet. It now appears that Marshall may just have a dry sense of humor.

Mumford & Sons have been on hiatus since September, but contrary to a buzz that banjo player Winston Marshall may have created, they are not necessarily breaking up for good. In a recent interview, Marshall said, quote, "It's over. We had a good time, though, you know. It was good."

A rep for Mumford & Sons said, quote, "I can confirm that he was joking. The band has not broken up." In my opinion, Marshall has a great sense of humor. He went on to say in the interview, he now "hates the banjo" and he's moved on to a career in catering. He even claimed he'd catered the after-party where he was giving the interview. I love how the reporter bought the whole thing. Read the entire Vulture article here.
