Best Gardening Books For Beginners

Finding the best gardening book for you is easier than you think. If you're a beginner, get a book for beginners with lots of pictures and easy-to-read tables. Trust me on this one.

One of my personal favorites is "Gardening For All Seasons" from Creative Homeowner. This is a great gardening book for beginners because it really is visual. They keep it simple without going too far into detail. (Really, I don't really care about the ancient history of my tulip bulbs. I just want to know which ones I can plant in partial shade.)

Creative Homeowner has an entire homeowner series of books. If you're looking for simple, generic information....these books are great.
