Big Sky To Open On Thanksgiving Day

I got the email from the horse’s mouth this afternoon (Big Sky Marketing Department, that is) so you know it’s true….Big Sky Resort is set to open their ski season on Thanksgiving Day. Here’s EXACTLY what they said: “Big Sky has gotten 20  inches mid-mountain and 2-3 feet on the peak over the last 48 hrs.  The snow is still coming down, and the forecast is predicting this whether will continue all week.  We are officially set to open Thanksgiving Day.”

So, as details about early season pricing and open runs becomes available, we’ll let you know! -m
