Bono spent this past Christmas Eve the same way he has almost every year since 2009: amid the twinkle of a thousand camera flashes while busking on Dublin's Grafton Street to raise money for homeless charities.

As usual, the ubiquitous U2 frontman was accompanied by Glen Hansard and this time he brought along fellow Irish musicians Hozier, the Script, Kodaline and Imelda May. The Irish all-star team played three songs: "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and U2's "When Love Comes to Town" and "Every Breaking Wave."

Bono wasn't able to maintain the tradition last year due to the bicycling accident in Central Park that sidelined him for an extensive period of time.
