It's a feel good day for the whole family and a great opportunity for us to spend a few hours cleaning up the town we all love! Bozeman Clean Up Day is this Saturday.

This Saturday, April 25, the City of Bozeman Solid Waste Division, along with the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board and Bozeman Climate Partners, is sponsoring the annual Clean Up Day and Sustainability Fair at the Bogert Pavilion.

Beginning at 8:30 a.m., keen community members are encouraged to register and pick up trash in Bozeman city limits. Pre-registration is not required, and the event will be held whether rain, snow or shine.

Participants in the Clean Up Day will be issued bags, vests and gloves and City of Bozeman's Solid Waste Department will be picking up trash and recycling bags at designated locations across town.

The first 100 participants in Clean Up Day will be treated with breakfast items from Clark's Fork Restaurant, and Island Noodles will provide free lunch for all volunteers and Sustainability Fair exhibitor participants starting at 11:30 a.m. There will also be live music under the pavilion for all volunteers to enjoy.

In conjunction with the Clean Up Day festivities, City of Bozeman Department of Sustainability is holding the annual Sustainability Fair, starting at 10 a.m. at the Bogert Pavilion, celebrating responsible living.

Businesses and groups such as Streamline Bus and City of Bozeman's Water Conservation Department will be on hand educating residents on various sustainable living practices.

City of Bozeman recycling services will be in attendance, however there is no glass recycling or e-waste collection available. For more information please visit bozemansolidwaste.com.
