Charges have been brought upon the man responsible for shooting and killing 24-year-old Larry "LJ" Clayton at a house party in Bozeman last month.

25-year-old Cody Christopher Little is claiming self defense but the court is charging Little with with the shooting death of Clayton and two counts of attempted deliberate homicide.

Officers were told that Little and James Armstrong were arguing at a house party when Little left and then returned with a shotgun shooting Clayton in the abdomen, Armstrong in the leg and pointing the shotgun at Rielley Ray's face and pulling the trigger. The gun did not fire when pointed at Ray. Little was then wrestled to the ground and police were called.
