Bozeman To Get White Christmas – Winter Weather Advisory
Just about all of SW Montana including Bozeman should expect snow for Christmas, making holiday travel extremely difficult at times.
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Thursday.
Timing and main impact: accumulating snow will move into the region from the northwest Wednesday afternoon making travel on snow covered roads difficult.
Snow accumulations: 6 to 12 inches in the mountains with 2 to 5 inches in the valleys and lower elevations.
Winds and visibility: north winds may bring periods of drifting snow. Poor visibility may occur at times.
