Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret Set To Host Their Valentine Ukulele Open Mic and Play-Along

Get out your uke and either woo your sweetie or drown your sorrows! Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret’s 5th annual Ukulele Open Mic and Play-Along is is Friday, February 12 at Wild Joe's Coffeehouse in downtown Bozeman. This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to strum, sing along and/or cheer on ukulele open-mic participants to glory.This year’s theme is “Songs for Lovers, Lonely Hearts and Heartbreak Survivors.”

This will be a great way to get your Valentine weekend started! Strum away the winter chill, with or without a date. The evening includes an open-mic roster as well as play-along songs that everyone can join in on. Chord charts and lyrics are provided, so you don’t have to be a virtuoso to join the fun.

Sign ups at the door for open mic slots start at 6 pm, but to get dibs on a slot ahead of time, you can contact Wild Joe's by filling out their contact form or by reaching out via Facebook or email.

In keeping with Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret tradition, the audience will elect prize winners among the open mic players for “Sweetest Love Song,” “Saddest Heartbreak Song” and “Valentine Attire”.
