Bozeman seems to be revamping every available square inch within the downtown area. New hotels, restored homes and offices along with plans for more are in the works. Which begs the question:

How long can this unused underground garage exist?

This piece of real estate is located in downtown Bozeman directly across from our office at 125 West Mendenhall. Its ROOF is used for safe parking for residents of The Baxter, but underneath is nothing more than a dirty, graffiti-loaded hole in the ground.

Trucks of any size can't even FIT down the ramp as demonstrated in the video below.

What is to become of this square footage? It seems to me that the POSSIBILITY of a different structure with secure parking is there. With the City of Bozeman parking garage down the street only two blocks, the potential for something much greater is there.
