The Montana State University Band and University Chorus will team up to present a concert Thursday, March 7, at 7:30 pm in Reynolds Recital Hall.

Monday night's (March 4) acoustic performance by Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead was cut short when Weir stood up and abruptly left the stage, mid-song. He was growing irritated with several chatty audience members, before leaving during Bob Dylan's 'A Hard Rain's A Gonna Fall.'

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have just announced the dates for their 2013 summer tour, and now Petty is discussing some of the group's plans for both those live performances and an upcoming album they plan to release later this year.
Green Day are starting to get back on track after their fall of 2012 and early 2013 were derailed by frontman Billie Joe Armstrong's stint in rehab. Armstrong's troubles came to a head as their heavy promotional schedule took them to Las Vegas for a show last fall in which the frontman went on a guitar-smashing rant onstage. With the band preparing their return to touring, bassist Mike Dirnt addressed the past issues and their current state with Rolling Stone.

The guests? The cast of the A&E reality show ‘Duck Dynasty,' which documents a Louisiana family that owns a business making duck decoys for hunters.
Scott Weiland is now weighing in with his own official response to today's news that he has been fired from Stone Temple Pilots. The vocalist stated as recently as yesterday that all was still good with his longtime band, telling Rolling Stone, "STP has not broken up. I haven't quit. I haven't been fired." He even added that they were talking about when they wanted to tour again.
