Michael Franti & Spearhead – Say Hey (I Love You) [MUSIC VIDEO]
I just love this song and this video! I'm going to be watching it non stop until I get to see Michael Franti and Spearhead live at Spruce Moose 2012!

Hilarious spoof here about "The Star Wars That I Used To Know". It's a funny, disgruntled message to George Lucas regarding his prequels.
It’s summer, and we all know what that means: hanging out with your friends, road trips, good times you’ll remember forever. All of these are captured in the new video for ‘Breaking Down’ by Florence + the Machine.
I knew I would like the music video of this song as soon as I heard Michelle play it on the radio. The video for 'Sweet Sour' is just as angsty and intriguing as I hoped it would be but in a way I never would have envisioned. Let's just say the little kid back ally dance off threw me off!
It's time for another Moose Backwoods Track and this week's submission comes from Lance. Lance recommended we check out Givers and their extremely engergitic music video for 'Up Up Up.'
Thanks to Rolling Stone readers, RS has released a list of The Top 10 Hair Metal Songs of All Time. All the songs were released during the Hair Metal Hey Day (from 1982 to 1990). Def Leppard and Guns N' Roses killed it...see the full list here:
This week's Moose Backwoods Track comes directly from me. Usually it's our listeners that send in their recommendations but I found this song by Clem Snide I just had to share.
This is one of the coolest videos I've seen all year. I find myself coming back to Death Cab for Cutie again and again to get yet another dose of their great lyrics. This video accentuates the lyrics by artistically writing out each word of the song on paper, fingers, in the sand, sky, and even melted cheese. I kind of wish I watched the video silent without ever hearing the song just to see how I would interpret it.
We all know it's been a long time since MTV or any other music channel played videos, BUT in the last several years there HAVE been great videos made including this one from Spoon.
I like to describe this submission to our Moose Backwoods Tracks as an easy to listen to auricle journey. With it's longer than usual length of over five minutes, Beach House's 'Lazuli' will still leave you wishing it were longer. I would like to thank submitter John S. for turning me onto this band. I imagine Beach House becoming one of the many bands on the soundtrack to my life.
Moose listener, Elise, submitted this Moose Backwoods Track, 'It's All Okay' by Julia Stone. As one of the YouTube comments says, Julia's voice has a wonderful crumbling nature that makes it near impossible to not feel the lyrics as Julia sings.
Our second entry of Moose Backwoods Tracks comes from Moose listener Kelty. She told us to check out the band The Lumineers and now that we have, we think you should too.
