Where’s The Best Place In Bozeman To Get Dad A Cold One On Father’s Day?
Father's Day is a week from Sunday. Where would you (or are you) getting dear old dad a drink?

My only answer for Mother Nature's gift to Montana this Memorial Day weekend was enjoying movies on my couch. It all started with Forrest Gump on T.V. I sat through a couple of commercial breaks before giving in to the concept of just getting off the couch for a minute to put the Forrest Gump DVD I own in the DVD player. Does anyone else have a hard time with this?
Rolling Stone magazine recently polled their readers to come up with a list of the Top 10 Beards in Rock (past and present). Here's the list:
After the weekend we just had here in Bozeman, I am thinking summer! I'm smelling the Bar-Be-Que, tasting the beer, and making some serious moves in my flip flops. Who else likes to get a little competitive in the backyard this time of year?
As most people do, I daydream a LOT about not working and traveling the world. Well, if you need to kill a few minutes and bring your "around the world" dreams a little closer to reality, go here:
I unwillingly joined a club in March of 2005. It was raining like hell in Bozeman when I got a phone call from my father in Mexico, where my parents were living the good life. That phone call became my membership card into the "Your Mom Isn't Here Anymore" club.
With Mother's Day this month, I thought I'd share some of my fondest memories of MY mom, whom I lost in 2005. Regardless of what "the market" says, my gold necklace will always be priceless and you'll have to pry it from my cold, dead body before I'd sell it.
We here at the Moose like to think of our station as "Bozeman's soundtrack". We at least try to provide a certain Bozeman vibe with our mix of music. If you had to pick just one song to represent Bozeman, what would it be?
While gas prices may be coming in a little bit after a four-month surge, they still stand at almost four dollars a gallon. According to a new survey from Harris Interactive of 2,451 adults, these unprecedentedly high prices are causing Americans to change their overall spending habits.
In movie news, it is being reported that Ashton Kutcher will play Apple co-founder Steve Jobs in a new indie flick called "Jobs". In personal news, I no longer watch Three and a Half Men and there's a new movie coming out about Steve Jobs that I will not be watching. I'm not usually a hater, but Ashton Kutcher just annoys the hell out of me.
I should be entering into fatherhood frighteningly (yet enthusiastically) soon. I'm having a girl and music, naturally, will be a big part of her life. It's already begun, as she already has her very own music collection. I've recently discovered Rockabye Baby!...good music turned into instrumental baby lullabies. Everything from Elvis Presley to Metallica. GENIUS!
For the most part I think Bozeman is friendly place with good people who live here for a reason. But judging from some bumper stickers and the occasional police report, that might be changing. Does Bozeman have good manners?
