May 13, 2013 Canadian astronaut (and musician) Chris Hadfield has been commander of the International Space Station for the past five months. He's been combining his skill and fortune to record music from space. Back in December, he released the first original song recorded in space. Soon afterwards, he recorded a duet with Ed Robertson of the Barenaked Ladies. Well, now get ready for maybe his best work yet. Hadfield just released a cool music video that he shot entirely on the Space Station. Check out his long overdue cover of David Bowie's "Space Oddity":

Ryan Matzinger, born and raised in Bozeman, is Montana State University's saxophone instructor. He also happens to be a producer, studio engineer, singer-songwriter, recording artist, and an internationally touring, Grammy-award winning jazz musician. He is often known by his stage name, Ryan Montana. He remains an active member of the Kings of Rhythm (who won a Grammy Award for best traditional blues album/group).

May 7, 2013 I've been kinda diggin' Stephen Lynch lately. Nobody has ever done musical comedy quite like him (in my opinion). Because of the musicianship, you almost forget it is musical comedy until you're laughing your face off. Sorry vegans, I find this one really funny. I need to play this with a vegan in the car without any kind of warning...and set up a hidden camera right on his/her face. I'll work on that post. Until then, enjoy?!

As expected, this past weekend's all-new 'SNL' featuring 'The Hangover Part III's Zach Galifianakis as host and musical guest Of Monsters and Men offered up a few solid sketches, but varied across the board for the bearded funnyman's third turn. Things could have gotten even stranger however, as a new un-aired sketch teams Galifianakis with Bill Hader for a retro detective comedy, but did this one deserve to make the cut?
