Chatroulette is a website that pairs up random webcam users on the internet. I wouldn't recommend using it on a work computer or around anyone who is easily offended. That being said, Steve Kardynal has once again mesmerized Chatroulette users with an epic lip-sync performance. This time he did it with a cover of Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball.'
