Eddie Vedder Forced To Postpone Solo Tour

Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder was supposed to begin a 15-city U.S. solo tour this week but has announced he's postponing all dates until the end of the year instead, due to an injury.

Eddie made the announcement yesterday on Pearl Jam's website. The postponement is "due to temporary nerve damage in his right arm, the result of a back injury sustained earlier this year". Pearl Jam's manager, Kelly Curtis, said Eddie worked aggressively with doctors and physical therapists with the hope that it would be better in time for the tour, but it's still bothering him. Curtis went on to say, "Eddie is frustrated beyond measure, but remains positive that come this summer all will be back in good form".

All 15 dates have been rescheduled, the tour will now kick off on Ocober 31st in Las Vegas and wrap up on December 4th in Clearwater, FL. CLICK HERE for a full list of the rescheduled dates.
