Electric Daisy Carnival 2013 Adds Chicago Dates

Electric Daisy Carnival has announced plans to spend a weekend in Chicago this summer, en route to the EDM festival's annual weekend in Las Vegas. The Carnival will touch down in the Windy City at the Chicagoland Speedway over Memorial Day weekend, which runs May 24-26.

Electric Daisy Carnival 2013 stops are also slated for New York, Puerto Rico and Orlando, although details of those shows haven't yet been announced. The Las Vegas blowout is scheduled for June 21-23, with lineups for all the gatherings to be announced at a later date.

In the meantime, tickets go on sale for Chicago on Jan. 23, with general admission passes for the entire weekend priced initially at $175 and VIP tickets going for $299, before service fees.
