This fast-paced class is designed to build full body strength and flexibility! Get a great workout as you move through stations on and off the floor. Class will utilize hoop, hammock, silks and trapeze but will focus on moving through exercises instead of aerial routines. Aerial Strong is a great addition to your weekly aerial practice or any workout routine!
No experience necessary.
