Scott Davis, husband, father of a 5 yr. old girl and Three Forks resident was diagnosed in 2007 with Guillian-Barre syndrome. This is a debilitating syndrome, where your immune system attacks the myelon sheet that covers your nerves. This syndrome is not gender or age specific. Just the slightest touch is very painful. It can cause you to have problems eating, swallowing, talking, walking and breathing. Scott has had a relapse and has been in the hospital and rehab facility for almost a month now. He is unable to walk. We don’t know when he will be able to come home and how much assistance he will need. He has a long road ahead of him in rehabilitation. His wife has insurance at her place of work but it will not pay for everything. There is an account set up for him “Scott Davis Benefit” at First Security Bank of Three Forks. All proceeds will go for medical, travel expenses. If you would be able to donate anything it would be greatly appreciated. For more information on the syndrome go to Guillian-Barremayoclinic.com or callme, Tina (Davis) Welter at 406-285-3582. Thank you for your time.
