To our knowledge, a harp doesn’t come with the ‘Rock Band’ video game, but Florence + the Machine fans should be happy to know that they can now rock just like their favorite red-headed songbird on the popular music-based game.

Florence + the Machine’s breakout hit, ‘Dog Days Are Over,’ leads this week’s new additions to the gaming franchise, with fans being able to purchase the track for their Xbox 360, Wii, or PS3 for $1.99, starting on June 5. As it turns out, ‘Dog Days Are Over’ will be the first Florence + the Machine song ever to appear on ‘Rock Band.’

There are two more older favorites coming to ‘Rock Band’ as well. Cracker’s early ’90s anthem ‘Teen Angst (What the World Needs Now)’ will give fans a chance to rail against folk singers within the ‘Rock Band’ universe. The song retails for $1.99 and will be available for all three platforms. Plus, gamers can choose to tack on a Pro Guitar/Bass expansion to play the track for an additional 99 cents.

The third song added this week is the deeper Midnight Oil cut ‘Power and the Passion.’ It’s also available for $1.99, though we’re not sure if your game avatar could ever move like Peter Garrett.
