Topics for this presentation include: avalanche terrain recognition, the effect weather has on avalanche hazard, the development of the mountain snowpack, decision making skills, and basic search and rescue procedures.

"Sidecountry" skiing at Bridger Bowl will also be discussed. Pre-register to reserve a seat. All unoccupied seats will be released to the public at start time.

While this presentation is structured to reach a female audience in an open, non-intimidating fashion, men are welcome too.
