Fresh Pineapple Margaritas [Recipe]
I’ve got just the thing for a beautiful Montana Friday in July. A Fresh Pineapple Margarita goes great with a mountain view this time of year. I made these recently and you need to trust me. You’re welcome in advance.
- 3 Cups of Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 8 – 12 oz of Tequila
- 8 oz of Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 oz of Orange Liqueur
- 1/4 Cup of Honey
First off, make sure you have fresh pineapple and lime juice (that is the key). Just quickly blend (pulse) pineapple chunks in blender. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. I recommend serving in a salt-rimmed glass on the rocks, garnished with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
