Gallatin County Investing Reports of Rabbits Shot With Blow Darts

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office say they are investigating numerous reports of wild rabbits shot by blow darts.

The rabbits have reportedly been seen recently with darts sticking out of different parts of their bodies. Gallatin County Sheriff's Office animal control officer Kathy Middleton says those found responsible could face animal cruelty charges. Anyone with information about such an incident is asked to call Middleton at 582-2100 ext. 2.
