First off, if you don't watch NBC's Parenthood, set the DVR immediately (seriously, right now). Secondly, if you missed last night's episode, watch this video immediately. Irish singer-songwriter Glen Hansard had a guest appearance on last night's Parenthood in which he turned in a performance of "High Hope", a tune from his debut solo album 'Rhythm and Repose'....Goosebumps.

If you didn't watch last night's episode, titled ‘Trouble in Candyland,’ Hansard plays a client of the Luncheonette, a recording studio owned by the characters Crosby (Dax Shepard) and Adam Braverman (Peter Krause). Adam’s wife Kristina Braverman (Monica Potter)’s ongoing struggle with breast cancer is a major plot point in the show, and part of the iTunes profits from the sale of ‘High Hope’ will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer. Listen and watch here, and then buy it on iTunes and support breast cancer. Wins all over the place!
