Back in September, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong had an onstage meltdown during Green Day's set at the iHeartRadio concert in Las Vegas. Soon after, he entered rehab to battle alcohol and prescription drug addiction, forcing the band to cancel their remaining 2012 dates and to postpone their winter 2013 gigs.

On Sunday night (March 10), Green Day performed their first show since Armstrong's rehab stint, playing a 22-song set for fans in Pomona, Calif. The gig was light on tunes from the band's recent album trilogy -- ‘¡Uno!,’ ‘¡Dos!’ and ‘¡Tré!’ -- instead focusing on the band's catalog of well-known hits and old-school favorites.

Footage of the performance has popped up on YouTube (see the clip for 'She' and 'Basket Case' below), and Armstrong looks fit, healthy and ready for the band's upcoming U.S. tour.

Green Day are scheduled to perform a club gig tonight in Tempe, Ariz., followed by intimate gigs Wednesday in El Paso, Texas, and Friday at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. The band will follow those shows up with a full-fledged arena tour that kicks off on March 28 in Chicago. Check out the itinerary here.
