Halloween Parties and Events in Bozeman – Our Top Fifteen
Gather ’round all you ghouls and ghosts, it’s that time of the year again. For one night and one night only you are allowed, nay, ENCOURAGED to be someone else! What will you be? Will you be something terrifying? Something seducing? Something nerdy? Whatever your disguise just make sure you wear pants this year; we don’t want a repeat trip to the hospital. Speaking of going places, where will you be celebrating this Halloween? If you’re lost like a witch without a broom we have five recommendations to ensure you enjoy the night.
For the kids
October 31st from 3pm – 6pm. Enjoy safe evening of traditional trick of treating in downtown! So, parent’s let your kids enjoy the brisk outdoors for a little Halloween fun in Downtown Bozeman and gather goodies at over 125 businesses! Hot drinks will be available at the Downtown Visitor’s Center at 8 East Main Street. We will also have patrol cars and “safety sams” located at the intersections to help slow down traffic and make your experience as safe as possible! See you there!

October 31st from 3pm – 6pm. Halloween candy will be distributed by the Gallatin Valley Roller Girlz! Bring the kids trick or treating INDOORS for a safe and spook-tacular time!

October 26th at the Rocking R Bar. Live music from DJ Phocus and a $200 cash prize to the best costume. 21+
October 26th from 8pm – 2am at The Filling Station. Unofficial after party to the Bobcat’s Football game entry is free with ticket stub otherwise $5. Golden Grenade, David Dalla G and DJ Surebert will perform. In the spirit of Bobcat Nation- everyone’s wearing GOLD. Lets make a rich sea of GOLD with a retro touch (circa the Solid Gold TV show of the 80’s). Wear shiny gold jewelry, or a black suit w/ gold accents, or gold leg-warmers, or flashy spandex, or rock the chest hair w/ gold chains, or simply rock a golden tee. Whatever it is, make it GOLD! You can expect an ultra-stylish, retro dance party in a sea of gold featuring some of the best original hip-hop & rock music around. Big lights & sound, drink specials, and more! Don’t miss it! 21+
October 26th from 6pm – Midnight. Join us for CMB’s Tenth Annual Spooktacular Costume Ball Fundraiser, to be held in the Baxter Hotel ballroom on Saturday, October 26th. The theme for this year’s ball is Endless Universe, and we’ll be celebrating visitors from other worlds while raising critical funds for our vital educational programs and popular hands-on exhibits. Dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions. Tickets are $40 per person; for $400, you can reserve a table of ten for your whole ghastly crew. It’s Bozeman’s favorite Halloween party, and it’s not to be missed! 21+
October 18-19, October 25-26, and November 1-2 at 8pm at The Verge Theater. Get in the Halloween spirit with the debut of Verge Theater’s latest, locally written puppet show for adults! The show is rated PG-13. Tickets are $12 for general admission and $10 for students and seniors. Verge Theater is located at 2304 N. 7th Ave. in Bozeman.

Downtown is always packed on Halloween with everything from Homer Simpsons to scary monsters. Many of the bars downtown will have live music as well to help get the party going and keep it going until late into the night.
