Humanities Montana Presents We the People: Conversations On Montana & U. S. Constitutions
It a two-day conference discussing the U.S. and Montana constitutions in recognition of the 40th anniversary of the state’s formative document. The conference takes place at Carroll College in Helena on April 20–21, 2012.
The conference is followed by a Humanities Heroes Awards reception honoring Betty Babcock, Helen and William Ballinger, Elouise Cobell, Leslie Davis, Barry Ferst, Ed Noonan, Yvonne Seng, and Bonnie Williamson.
Humanities Heroes were chosen around the state as part of Humanities Montana’s 40th anniversary celebrations. The ceremony and reception are Saturday, April 21 at 5:00 p.m. at Carroll College All Saints’ Hall. Refreshments served afterward.
