I WANT to trust my vegetarian friends, but I just can't. They're purposely avoiding bacon which turns out is actually good for you. Kind of.

When looking for clear answers to the question of whether bacon is good for you, I stumbled upon a wonderful website called BaconToday.com, the one-stop-shop for all things bacon.(Bacon Of The Month Club, anyone?)

Pregnant? Eat some bacon with those prenatal vitamins. Menopausal? Chow down. Bacon is a good source of Choline, an essential nutrient in the B-complex family aiding in muscle control, neurotransmitter health and memory.

Not to mention that bacon is just plain awesome. Need some creative ways to enjoy the best food on earth? Good bacon recipes can be found all over the web, or just fry yourself up some happiness and be thankful you don't have to consume Tofurky-Quorn-Wanna-Be-Bacon-But-Not-Bacon.
