Lately, Lindsay Lohan has been known more for her tabloid antics and jail stints than for being an actress, but that doesn’t mean she won’t defend her “good name” anyway.

Lohan recently filed a defamation lawsuit against rapper Pitbull because of an unflattering line about her that was included in his hit single, ‘Give Me Everything.’

In the suit, Lohan claims the lyrics “Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tiptoein’ to keep flowin’/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” is “destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

She cites she’s “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild,” and that she’s suing under a New York civil rights statute protecting people from having their names exploited for commercial purposes.

Lindsay wants unspecified damages and an injunction to stop the song from being broadcast.  Lawyers for Pitbull and his ‘Give Me Everything’ co-writers, Ne-Yo and Afrojack, had no comment.

The suit was filed by Stephanie Ovadia, the same attorney who won an out-of-court settlement against E-Trade last year when Lohan claimed the company’s cute ad mentioning a “milk-aholic” baby named Lindsay was a malicious swipe at her.
