Why the Bozeman/Belgrade employees picked Big Sky Youth Empowerment?

“We chose Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP) because we believe in what they’re teaching, our missions are similar. In fact, we’ve employed BYEP kids so we’ve experienced the successful intersection of our ideals with theirs,” says Allison Collins, Bozeman Mackenzie River Pizza Co. general manager. “We’re not just teaching people to make pizza, we’re putting employees in a true working environment and preparing them for the future. This real world preparation is in line with the mission of Big Sky Youth Empowerment—giving an actionable plan that leads to independence through education and work experience.”
