The Montana State University Band and University Chorus will team up to present a concert Thursday, March 7, at 7:30 pm in Reynolds Recital Hall.

The University Band, under the direction of Nathan Stark, will perform music about "Fireflies...or things that make fire fly", including a new composition that features an amplified Slinky. Other works include music by Frank Ticheli and Steven Reineke.

The University Chorus, under the direction of Jon Harney, will perform selections by Brahms, a motet by the Spanish composer Victoria, a vocal poem by Z. Randall Stroope and a piece by Matthew Culloton.

Tickets are available at the door. $10 for and adults and $5 for students. Reynolds Recital Hall is located across the street from the MSU Duck Pond.
