My Morning Jacket and the Roots Rock “Late Night”

My Morning Jacket gets plenty of airplay on The Moose, and although I always liked them I was never really a cult follower like a lot of their fans.

Well, after watching them perform recently on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, I'm a much bigger fan. Note the passion from front man Jim James (maybe it's the cape). I couldn't help but laugh hysterically at this, but I wasn't laughing at James—I was laughing, really, because I love the commitment and the passion. This is what music should be all about—let it out and have fun!
