Upstate New York's Neighborhood Kids are betting on the Top 40 with their new EP 'Get Dumb,' and today, we have the quartet's single 'Heartbreakers.' The group really cashed in with the addition of female vocalist Emily Herring, who brings a classically trained voice and darling smile to the table.

"I was really proud of the bridge in 'Heartbreakers' because it sends the whole vibe in a new direction," drummer John Damiano said, explaining the band's advances in songwriting between this album and the last.
