It's pretty cool to catch Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder playing alongside The Who's Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend in concert. But imagine how much cooler it would be to catch them in the comfort of a private home?

The three philanthropic musicians have teamed up with CrowdRise to offer fans the chance to attend an exclusive and private concert taking place Sept. 12 at a private Los Angeles residence. Fans can enter a contest to gain entry to the private show and the winner will receive two prime seats for themselves and a friend, along with two-night accommodations at the Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica, Calif.

Vedder and Townshend teamed up earlier this year with Crowdrise to auction off a Vedder guitar and a one-of-a-kind Townshend recording. Now they're teaming up with Daltrey involved as well for this special concert. Proceeds from the performance will go to a pair of charities of their choosing. Vedder, who recently performed at a Foundation to Be Named Later benefit in Chicago, will be playing the show in support of the charity, which is dedicated to improving the lives of urban youths through educational and leadership programs. The Who duo, who have frequently supported the Teenage Cancer Trust in the U.K., will be raising funds for Teen Cancer America.

To enter the contest for the tickets, you can donate $10 via the contest website. Each $10 gets you one more entry into the contest. If you donate $25, you get three entries and $50 will get you seven entries. So start donating at the CrowdRise site to attend the private concert.
