Pittsburg and Green Bay it is this year in the Super Bowl. I like it, I think that will be a good game (which is all I can ask for when my team isn't in it). You now have two weeks to make those final Super Bowl plans. Most people enjoy a good party on Super Sunday, but I am not one of them.

Don't get me wrong, I usually don't need a reason to attend a party. I'll celebrate the fact that it's Tuesday but I prefer to stay home and watch the Super Bowl each year. I really do enjoy the commercials almost as much as the game. I mean this is the Super Bowl for advertisers too, as this game attracts more than 90 million viewers. Prices for advertising space typically costs millions of dollars; 30 seconds of advertising time during the 2010 telecast cost around $2.6 million dollars.

So, not only will these be the best commercials we're gonna see all year but has anyone else noticed that a lot of them don't air that much after the Super Bowl? (advertisers probably don't have any more money left and need to wait for the commercials to work!). So I, for one, want to give them my undivided attention. Going to a party where everyone is talking and not letting me pay attention to the ads KILLS me! I'm a bit of a snoot when it comes to my Super Bowl viewing but hey, that's why I stay at home.
