Lots of MOOSE listeners don't actually live in Bozeman anymore. We love getting emails from folks about how they miss the area and things like the Gallatin River but The MOOSE brings them home a little everyday.
A friend of The MOOSE owns this bad boy. It's a Surly with the biggest tires I've ever seen. This friend of ours rides a bike every day of the year regardless of weather and this is his latest acquisition.
Most don't know it's been happening for 17 years but THIS year's Bozeman Ice Festival appeared to be the best ever and more visible to non-climbers. It's a great community of people who find their passion in ice climbing and for those who don't - it's fantastic to watch and learn.
The Bozeman Police Department made their latest round this past weekend making sure that area businesses that serve alcohol, did NOT sell alcohol to underage patrons. 17 of 21 businesses passed. Read the full press release here:
Hell yeah. Why? Because I have only one family member. As an only child, it doesn't fly with me that I get only one gift (if that) each year. Dad isn't really the gift giving type to begin with, and a holiday like Christmas has lost it's meaning entirely in his opinion.
