I'm more of a flight geek than I thought. Whenever my flight takes off or lands from ANYWHERE, I love looking out the window so see how the pilot gets us out of there (or in there).
With all the news lately of foolish tourist behavior in Yellowstone Park, we wanted to be reminded why it's still such a great place to visit. Brett Line took some fantastic footage in both parks.
How many local businesses can you spot? Bozeman, Missoula, West Yellowstone, Ennis, Big Sky and Yellowstone are all featured in this trip vid from Gretchen Powers.
I loved Butte long before Anthony Bourdain professed his love and respect for the town. He did a nice job on Parts Unknown. However, any Montanan knows that a day in Butte doesn't do it justice, no matter who you get to hang out with.
Um...I've been through this area many times. Perhaps I missed the sign for Luther, Montana (many times). This aerial view demands that I go back as soon as possible. It looks breathtaking.
Showcasing Bozeman area events, businesses and landscape is what Bonafide Film House does best. I love their work. This particular video is made up of their "Leftovers" and it's still stunning.
We love when folks visit Bozeman then post their vacation videos. It's interesting to see what THEY thought was worthy of 'making the cut' to remember and share.
You've seen it before but VERY FEW people have actually experienced BASE jumping. For the adrenaline junkie, there's nothing like it although jumpers are injured or killed every year. Montana is home to several locations for BASE jumping.
