I had the pleasure of being on a panel with Andy Frasco earlier this year talking about our experiences in the music biz, and quickly learned that he's a man of not only talent but seemingly endless energy and optimism about what he's doing as a musician.
If you've been fascinated by the NASA rover "Curiosity" and the pictures it has been sending back, you'll be pleased to know it may have actually discovered what it was looking for - proof of water on Mars?
I love the fact we've got a BMX track in town. Anything that keeps kids outta trouble is OK with me. This quick video is of a recent novice race at the Bozeman BMX track. Apparently Max has a good fan club.
One of our favorite artists in recent years has been Matt Natthanson. I often dub him the king of the perfect pop tune and his song "Modern Love" proved just that this summer. Since you don't actually get to see videos on TV anymore, we thought we'd share it here.
This video was taken in 2011 by a nice (German?) couple visiting Butte, Montana on their way to Yellowstone. It's always interesting to hear comments from out-of-towners about the historic, yet empty, buildings.
One of the best parts about Montana State University and college in general is the diversity you'll find among the students. Bozeman isn't an ethnically diverse town, but Montana State brings young people from around the world who want to learn and advance their education in some of the finest departments in the country.
I love Simms Fishing Products. I do NOT love country music. However, when the two come together in the summer's country hit...even I have to tip my hat to Dierks Bentley. You have to be QUICK but pause when he gets in his truck at 2:20.
This video taken atop Peet's Hill in Bozeman will NOT change your Monday morning or anything but it IS a great way to practice taking time lapse video. I've wanted to try it for some time and just didn't have a clue WHAT to time lapse. Picnic anyone?
There are lots of science geeks in our office. You know, the kind that watch The Big Bang Theory. When we stumbled across this video that claims that Jupiter is experiencing shrinkage due to "the cold", we had to share.
