Traveling in Montana this holiday week could be treacherous through mountain passes with very heavy snow. Being prepared is the key and knowing when NOT to be on the roads can help everyone have a safe couple of days.

Blustery conditions for the higher elevations around Bozeman with most snow falling above 6,500 feet. Gusty winds up to 30mph at times could make visibility very poor while traveling.
