Gallup just released its annual Well-Being Index, and the happiest state in the country is...North Dakota. The fracking oil boom brought a lot of money to North Dakota. Does this mean money does buy happiness? The least happiest state in the country is West Virginia, and Montana made the top 10. Here's more:
