13 Bozeman professional firefighters have signed up to participate in this year's Scott Firefighter Stairclimb for Leukemia and Lymphoma. The Leaf & Bean is supporting their efforts this month by offering two specialty drinks, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Bozeman Stairclimb team, and a pancake breakfast on February 22, with 100% of the proceeds going to the team! Stop by the Bean and do your part!

Support the Bozeman Fire L-613 Seattle Stairclimb team by purchasing either the Four Alarm Mocha or the Red Engine Latte at the Leaf & Bean in February.

The Leaf & Bean is also throwing a Pancake Breakfast to benefit the cause on Saturday, February 22 from 8 - 11 am. $1.50 for kids and $3 for adults, with 100% going to the team.

The Scott Firefighter Stairclimb is a timed race up the stairs at the Columbia Center in downtown Seattle in full fire gear and SCBA. There are 69 flights of stairs, 1,311 steps, and 788 ft. of vertical elevation. Although it will be challenging, it pales in comparison to what blood cancer patients must go through. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services.
