A few months away from the start of ski season is the BEST time to get in shape. Easing back into a normal exercise routine instead of sporadic summertime adventures allows for goal setting and real progress.
As with many folks in Bozeman, this time of year is when many of us at The MOOSE tend to buckle down and stop drinking as much beer and get our butts on the trail or in the gym. (Funny that many of us spend our summers partying more than in the winter. During winter, you’re likely to see us at the top of a mountain rather than on Main Street.)
