The Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect from 11 am this
morning to 5 PM MST this afternoon.

Impacts/timing: a strong cold front will bring a period of snow
to The Butte Blackfoot region beginning late this morning.
Heaviest snowfall will occur this afternoon along with strong
north to northeast winds and local blowing snow.

Slick... snow
covered roadways along with periods of dramatically reduced
visibility are to be expected through much of the afternoon and
early evening.

Snow accumulations: 1 to 3 inches with the heaviest amounts
accumulating over MacDonald Pass other portions of the
Continental Divide.

Wind: north to northeast winds at 15 to 30 mph Sunday
afternoon with wind chill values as low as 10 degrees.
