The Bozeman Police Department released a statement today stating that 18 year old Van Prebilsky had been cited for several graffiti tags around town. Full Press Release here:

On July 15, 2013, the Bozeman Police Department identified and cited Van Prebilsky, an 18 year old Bozeman resident for criminal mischief for incidents where Prebilsky had been using the graffiti tag “SABLE”. The investigation has revealed that Prebilsky is responsible for a number of graffiti incidents that have not been reported. Bozeman Police are asking for any other graffiti victims to come forward.
The Bozeman Police Department is encouraging any commercial or residential victims who may have been “tagged” with the graffiti tag “SABLE”, who have not previously reported the incident, to report it to the Bozeman Police Department.

Anyone who has been a victim of this graffiti tag is encouraged to call the Bozeman Police Department at 582-2000 or online at bozemanpolice.com and make a police report.
