Tuesday evening a house fire burned the entire top floor of an apartment complex on Michael Grove in Bozeman. Details are still slim on the cause and the damages. I live just down the street from the building and I was able to snap a few photos of the damage.

Bozeman Friends of Parks along with SLAM (support local artists and musicians) are constructing and installing an original bronze art piece/ drinking fountain by local artist, Mitch Billis, at Bogert park. You can be part of this artistic legacy by taking ownership of a brick in the piece.

I've spent many years dabbling in acoustic guitar and in my short repertoire is a few bars of Stairway to Heaven, a couple of Blink 182 songs and Green Day's 'Good Riddance.' While I enjoy playing I can't ever seem to stay consistent with the dabbling. This video tutorial for Michael Franti's 'Say Hey' makes me want to go dig the guitar out again.
