Through the hard work of the Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic, an amazing network of cross country ski trails are available to residents and visitors alike. Let's take good care of them!
The Bozeman High School girls cross country team couldn't be more talented or more cool. They're practically unbeatable. Recently, Congressman Steve Daines made sure the rest of the country knows this too as he spoke on the House floor. See him tip his hat here:
After losing her vision to the fast-developing hereditary condition Stargardt’s disease, 16-year-old cross-country athlete Sami Stoner wasn’t sure if she’d ever be able to run again. With the help of the one-and-a-half-year-old golden retriever guide dog named Chloe, however, the Lexington, OH teen declared herself ready to represent her high school.
The Bozeman girls' cross country team are 4-time state champions and the boys are 3-time state champs. Regardless of whether or not you can run the Hawks varsity standard, join them for a fundraiser on Saturday, August 27, 2011 (it is a fun run but if you make the cut you'll win a special award!)
