As bands are lining up their spring and summer tour plans, the first few weeks of 2018 have seen a slew of announcements regarding new albums.

Like most of Mark Everett’s works throughout the years, 'Beautiful Freak' is both personal and observational.

Journey's ex-frontman Steve Perry has been appearing on stage (for the first time in decades) with Eels at various shows on their current tour. Eels performed in Amsterdam two nights ago without Perry, but played an acoustic version of Journey's ‘Don’t Stop Believin”. More on the Eels-Steve Perry lovefest as it develops.
