You've seen this funky beauty in downtown Bozeman. It is one of Bozeman's original apartment buildings and it was designed with a purpose by the well-known Bozeman architect Fred Willson, dating back to 1916.

The official groundbreaking for Bozeman's Armory Hotel Project took place early Wednesday morning.

I've never been inside this historic Fred Willson built home on South Willson but it has always been my absolute favorite house in Bozeman. It's big and fancy, yes. But the details, history and vibe of this home are what make it the most beautiful.
