I'm getting ready to embark on an incredible music-filled adventure, and I couldn't be more excited about it.

Knowing where a decent rest stop is while you're on the road is crucial. Cell service can get spotty in rural Montana so it's always best to check a map before you leave, just in case.

We know Montana is beautiful, that is obvious. These TikTok's sum it up perfectly.

I mean if someone said, "Hey, I want to take you on a Cruise for your birthday" you would be excited. It just so happens that our "cruise" was to Billings, rather than someplace tropic with beaches. Although, lets be honest the Bozeman Pass can be breathtaking, so you can add beautiful scenery to the list as well.

Both are short little drives to either Colorado or The Gorge and there is phenomenal music at both.

This is great to share with out of state friends or folks who just moved to the area. Montana road trips by car or motorcycle are part of our culture. Montana is beautiful and sometimes you have to hit the open road to appreciate it.

All football trash talking aside, I like Missoula, Montana a lot. Their downtown scene reminds me of our own here in Bozeman. Their summer is full of fun events and festivals AND they get great live music year round.

I don't fill up very often so the price of a gallon of regular took me by surprise this afternoon. Less than $2 a gallon? Yes. In Bozeman, Livingston, Helena and several other towns in southwest Montana.

Us locals know just about every twist, turn and curve in this drive from West Yellowstone north to Bozeman. It's a gorgeous drive in the less 'winter-y' months but if you're thinking about a visit to these parts, check out what the drive looks like in December!

How have I lived in this state for so long and never seen this river? Kootenai Falls looks absolutely STUNNING. Am I the only person who didn't know about this???
